Enrollment
Enrollment for the 2012-2013 school year will open on January 1st. If you wish to apply, please make arrangements to attend one of the school’s information sessions. During these sessions, you will receive a confirmation code that will allow you to access the school’s application. Please note that starting January 1st, you will also need a confirmation code to apply for the remainder of the 2011-2012 school year, therefore, attending an information session is also required.
All application submitted within the Open Enrollment period will have an equal opportunity for admission, regardless of whether they are submitted on the first day or the last day of Open Enrollment. The Open Enrollment period opens on January 1, 2012 and closes on February 28, 2012. If the number of applications submitted within this period of time exceeds the number of available seats available for any grade level, a system generated, random lottery will be processed in order to determine who is offered a seat at the school.
After February 28th, applications will continue to be accepted and admission will be offered based on the order in which the application is received. If your application was not submitted within the Open Enrollment window or if your application was not selected in the lottery, your application will be positioned on the waitlist in the order in which it was received.

Lottery Process
In the event that the number of applications for any grade exceeds the number of available seats, a random lottery will be held. If a lottery is required the date that the lottery will be processed will be announced and the results posted on the school website. Please note that the lottery is both system generated and random.

2012-2013 Lottery Results
The lottery for the 2012-13 school year has been processed. The results have been posted below, by grade level. Applicants selected in the lottery will receive an official offer from the school. Applicants who were not selected in the lottery have been placed on the waiting list and will receive an offer should a seat become available.

Lotteries for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 7th, and 8th grade were run. The results of those lotteries are not posted and no offers extended, because at this time there are no seats available in those particular grades. In order to ensure impartial selection, the order of the waiting list has been determined through random generation, just like the lottery.
Registration
Prior to the start of school families will be provided with a registration package and instructions for each child who has received an offered seat.
